Rekela Kennels & Cattery Terms & Conditions
Rekela's Terms and Conditions
Charging rates levied daily. You will be charged one complete day on the day your pet arrives (whatever the time). No charge will be made for the day of departure, if before midday. Immediately after midday you will be charged a full day rate.
Charges will be made for the full term booked on the reservation form regardless of whether the pet is collected early.
Complete payment must be made before the pet leaves the kennels or cattery. We accept cash, cheque or debit/credit card. Cheque payments will only be accepted when accompanied with a cheque guarantee card that covers the full amount.
We reserve the right to re-home any pet not collected within fourteen days of the stated collection date. The owners will be responsible for all costs and charges incurred.
Owners are welcome to accompany their pets to their accommodation, but do so at their own risk. We will accept no responsibility for any accident or injury whilst on the premises.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to boarders at our discretion or to any pet we consider to be in poor health.
A current vaccination certificate must be produced before any pet is admitted to the kennels or cattery. Dogs also require to be vaccinated against the Kennel Cough virus. (If you are in any doubt, please speak with your vet or feel free to call us).
We are authorised to contact your own vets should we require further information regarding your pet's condition at any time.
Should your pet fall ill whilst in our care, we reserve the right to call in a veterinary surgeon.
All call out charges and other costs will be borne by the owner (subject to our own insurance cover).
It is your responsibility to furnish all relevant medical history when making your booking.
All dogs will be walked on a lead and taken on the road outside the kennels whilst in our care. Any customer wishing alternative exercise procedures should discuss this at the time of booking in order that specific requests are noted on the booking form.
Any owner requriring their pets to share accommodation, do so at their own risk. Veterinary fees incurred for treating animals which share accomodation and harm each other will be the responsibility of the owners.
