Rekela's Terms and Conditions
/ Charging rates are levied daily. You will be charged one complete day on the day your pet arrives (Whatever the time). No charge will be made for the day of departure if before mid-day. Immediately after mid-day you will be charged a complete day.
/ Charges will be made for the full term booked on the reservation form regardless of whether the pet is collected early.
/ Complete payment must be made before the pet leaves the kennels. We accept cash or debit/credit card.
/ We reserve the right to dispose of any pet not collected within 14 days of the stated collection date if we are not able to contact the owner. The owner will then also be responsible for all costs and charges incurred.
/ Owners are welcome to accompany their pets to their accommodation, but do so at their own risk. We will accept no responsibility for any accident or injury whilst on the premises.
/ We reserve the right to refuse entry to boarders at our discretion or to any pet we consider to be in poor health.
/ A current vaccination certificate must be produced before any pet is admitted to the kennels or cattery. Dogs also require to be vaccinated against the Kennel Cough virus. (If you are in any doubt, please speak with your vet or feel free to call us).
/ We are authorised to contact your own vets should we require further information regarding your pets condition at any time.
/ Should your pet fall ill whilst in our care, we reserve the right to call in or take your pet to a veterinary surgeon. This will normally be your own vet, but it may be necessary for either an emergency vet or our own vets at the Willow Vet Centre in Newport Pagnell.
/ All call out charges and other costs will be borne by the owner (subject to our own insurance cover).
/ It is your responsibility to furnish all relevant medical history when making your booking.
/ All dogs will be walked whilst in our care, taken on a lead and walked on the road o/s the kennels. Any customer wishing different exercise should discuss this at time of booking in order for it to be noted on the booking form.
/ Any owner requiring their pets to share accommodation, (This will only be with pets from the same household), do so at their own risk. Veterinary fees incurred for treating animals which share accommodation and harm each other will be the responsibility of the owners.
